What is your favorite RCI ship, and what did you like so much about it. Mine is the Vision because it was my first cruise, its was also on RCI.

Hard to pick one. So much of memory of the ship is tied to the total experience. Ranking ships that way, I'd go with Navigator, Sovereign, Liberty, Explorer, and Voyager.

Whichever ship I am on! Actually it's any Radiance class ship.

Has to be Song of norway.Our first cruise.

I've only done Navigator so far but do love the Radiance class design. I have Vision in March and I'm looking forward to seeing the differences. I enjoy smaller ships. They are more cosy.

I consider my favorite ship to be the next one.

I guess I would say Explorer of the Seas because she was our first cruise and I have very fond memories.

I love Rhapsody and Majesty. But, yes, any RCI ship is the best!

I'd have to say Grandeur, she was the first! LOL, and since she sails from Baltimore she's very convenient to my home. That said, I enjoyed cruises on Mariner and Radiance very much. Grandeur is just a more intimate ship though, and dancing in the Centrum is such a treat.

Given the boats you were on with the Navy, I can understand why you might like more intimate ships! But do you also get an inside cabin!

I really love the Voyager Class ships (Especaiily the Explorer) - but of of course whatever ship you did your first cruise on always holds a special place in your heart.

Very hard to choose because we have liked all RCI ships since we first sailed together in 1997.
But if forced to chose, I'd say Vision of the Seas because we had the Royal Suite on our cruise to Alaska. (A birthday gift!}
But we also love the Voyager class ships and are looking forward to cruising on Liberty of the Seas this October.

I booked Sovereign in '99 mainly because she was noted as the first of the "super ships." As one who earned a degree in history, I'm already disposed to seek ships with a touch of history built into them. I was already following the development of Voyager as I got ready for the cruise, and I booked Explorer mainly to see what the class was like.

I'm a true fan of the Voyager family, as I expect to be of the Genesis class when they enter service. But there will always be that quality to Sovereign that I can't shake, as my favorite.

I'll just have to keep cruising until I manage to shake that feeling!

Having done Navigator, Vision and Indy now I have to say Vision.

I may have to declare Oasis as my favorite ship, even before I see her in person! Did you see the photos in the blog, or on the RCI site? Wow.
