Just wanted to introduce myself -

I'm from San Clemente, CA (Orange County) and I have been cruising since 1999. My first cruise was on the Viking Serenade. I am cruising on the Sovereign next to say Goodbye before she leaves the RCCL fleet and then Goodbye to the Monarch as she is going to take the Sovereigns place on the Bahamas run.


I would be very glad to answer any questions that new cruisers had - also without the sarcasm and general nastiness so prevalent on other boards now!

Welcome aboard! I'm glad to see you and so many others visiting us here, I hope folks will chip in a bit, help get the pot stirred a bit.

I lived in southern CA for a fair amount of my life. Indeed, touring the old Sitmar Fairwind was where I first got hooked on taking a cruise.

How long will the Monarch be in florida before she goes to Spain?

The Sovereign is going to Pullmantaur in the fall. The Monarch will be in Florids until?????
